Joining forces through Enactus UGent, social entrepreneurs Maud, Jens and Nienke dreamed of tackling food wastes.
And that is exactly what they do with Sauveur: they save (‘sauver’) fruits (think raspberry or rhubarb for example) and make them into syrup. When you mix the syrup with tap water it creates delicious lemonades (‘saveur’).

Reducing food waste has never tasted better!
